Passion is not something that can be taught. And it’s not something that can be borrowed from another individual. Passion comes from within. More than the words you delivered in your talk, the manner in which you delivered it was what really counts.
As I write this thank you letter, already I am receiving dozens of text messages and social media shout-outs from doctors who attended the weekend. They left feeling inspired by your words, eager to implement your teachings into their daily practice.
On behalf of all of our attendees, I want to thank you for being such an integral component to the weekend’s success. To say that your talk is changing lives is not fanciful fiction or hyperbole. It’s the real and true fact. Clearly the weekend’s record-breaking attendance and the wealth of positive feedback are due in large measure to faculty members like you!
Helping doctors believe in themselves, while equipping them with the tools they need to succeed in implant dentistry, is what the International Dental Implant Association is all about. And to borrow from New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady, “if you don’t believe in yourself why is anyone else going to believe in you?”
Thank you for helping our attending doctors feel inspired. I’m confident your engaging lecture will be discussed online and off line for many weeks to come.
Remember, don’t ever lose your passion! And never stop trying to be the best that you can be.
